Shipping Policy for Japan Kitchenware (Memorizeitall)
1. General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. As we are an order producing company, once you have placed your order, we typically require 14 days to prepare the goods. We source our products from multiple suppliers across Japan, which means not all goods may arrive at our location simultaneously. Once all items are received, they are promptly packed and dispatched.
2. Freight prices and shipment
We offer delivery by air or sea freight. For air, up to 30 kg, sea freight up to 20 kg pr order. For orders weighing more, YOU MUST obtain an offer. Airfreight is considerably more expensive than sea freight. Airfreight is faster delivery compared to sea freight which can take up to 3 months to be delivered. Please always ask for details.
3. Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are available for worldwide delivery. However, we do not ship to locations where such shipments are prohibited by law.
4. Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 business days of receiving all goods at our location. The total delivery time from order placement to receipt can take anywhere from 14 days and up to 3 months; in rare cases, it may take longer. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time throughout the process.
5. Tax in your country
Import duty and other taxes are not included in our offer.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. For orders larger than 20 kg, please make sure to obtain an offer for the shipping cost.
